Terms of Service — QViagem (Private Beta)

Private beta terms. QViagem is an experimental, invite-only service operated by an individual in Brazil. These terms are not a commercially negotiated contract and were not reviewed by a licensed lawyer.

These Terms govern your access to and use of QViagem, an experimental invite-only travel planning tool, including its website and AI features (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

QViagem is an experimental software project operated in Brazil by Marcelo, an individual ("we", "us"). QViagem is not a company, and no separate legal entity operates the Service.

Contact for any question about these Terms: contato@meuacessorapido.com.br. We receive messages at this address during the private beta. We do not publish a street address while the Service remains a private, non-commercial beta.

2. The Service

2.1. QViagem helps you plan trips by generating destination, activity, transport, and accommodation suggestions using artificial intelligence.

2.2. The Service is an experimental, private beta. It is free and available by invitation only. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will remain available.

2.3. We are a planning assistance tool. We are not a travel agency and do not make or sell bookings for flights, hotels, insurance, or other third-party services.

2.4. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify visas, reservations, schedules, and prices with the relevant provider.

3. Eligibility and invitations

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3.2. Accounts are created only through a personal, single-use invitation provided by us. Do not share your invitation link with anyone else. An invitation is bound to the email used when it is claimed.

3.3. Some features require an account with a valid email address.

4. Accounts and security

4.1. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

5.1. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:

• generate illegal, infringing, offensive, or discriminatory content;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, security, invitations, or access controls;
• reverse engineer or scrape the Service without authorization;
• submit another person's confidential data without a lawful basis;
• use the Service to harm others or violate applicable law.

6. Artificial intelligence

6.1. When you request an AI feature, the text you submit, together with our instructions and requested output format, is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate a response. Do not submit payment credentials, government identifiers, health information, precise private locations, or another person's confidential information.

6.2. AI output is generated automatically and may be wrong. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on.

7. Plans, payments, and waitlist

7.1. The Service is free during the private beta. No payment method is requested and no charge is made.

7.2. Any paid plans shown as "coming soon" are not available and are not an offer, a price commitment, or a promise of future terms.

7.3. If a Pix recurring-interest waitlist is available, joining it is optional feedback about your interest. It is not a purchase, a subscription, a price commitment, or a payment authorization.

8. Intellectual property

8.1. The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law.

8.2. Itineraries generated for you are for your personal use. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying models or technology.

9. Suspension and termination

9.1. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties; to investigate suspected abuse, fraud, or security incidents; to comply with law; or to address a breach of these Terms.

9.2. Because this is a private beta, we may also end the beta or your access at our discretion. Where practical, we will explain the reason.

9.3. You may stop using the Service at any time and may export or delete your account in Settings. Rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit are not affected.

10. Disclaimers and liability

10.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for third-party failures or for decisions made in reliance on AI suggestions.

10.3. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable consumer or data protection law does not allow to be limited.

11. Privacy and data protection

11.1. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

11.2. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, the legal bases, who we share it with, international transfers, and your rights.

12. Changes to these Terms

12.1. We may update these Terms. Where a change is material, we will provide notice and, where required, request a new acceptance. If you do not accept Terms required for continued use, you may stop using the Service and use the export or account-deletion paths.

13. Governing law and venue

13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

13.2. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
